Welcome to jaipax.com. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using Jaipax Studio's website, our one-time services (websites, Google Business Profile setup and custom systems), and our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.

By using this website, ordering a service from us, or subscribing to our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use jaipax.com if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1.1 Services Provided

Jaipax Studio provides one-time services and web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions.

One-time services include, but are not limited to:

• Business website design and development
• Google Business Profile setup and management
• Custom order management systems and WhatsApp automation

SaaS subscriptions include, but are not limited to:

• Jaipax Baker's OMS (Order Management System)
• Jaipax Restaurant Sathi POS (Point of Sale)

1.2 License Grant

Upon subscribing to any of our services, Jaipax Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the software for your internal business operations, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

1.3 Subscription and Payments

Our services are billed on a recurring subscription basis.

• All payments are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (through Razorpay) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

1.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a 99% uptime target, Jaipax Studio makes no absolute guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or accuracy of the software. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

1.5 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barmer, Rajasthan, India.

1.6 One-Time Services

• Quotes and scope: The work included, the price and the expected timeline are agreed with you before work starts, in a written quote, invoice or WhatsApp message. Work not included in the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Prices on our website are starting prices. The final price depends on what you need and is confirmed in your quote.
• Your content: You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and for having the right to use it.
• Hosting and domain: Free hosting on Google Firebase is included with our website package. The domain name is bought separately, is renewed each year, and is subject to the registrar's terms. Hosting, domains, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and other third-party services are governed by their providers' own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
• Ownership: Once the full payment is received, the website content and design made for you belong to your business. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

1.7 No Guaranteed Rankings or Results

We work to help your business be found on Google and get more customers, but Google, Google Maps and other platforms decide rankings on their own. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of visitors, calls, orders or sales. Results our past clients have seen are examples, not promises.

1.8 Use of This Website

The content on jaipax.com is for general information. You may not copy or reuse our website's design, text or images without permission.
